Starting From Scratch...

Problem:

Develop a brand image and online platform where partnering school districts can have their students make an online account and trade items with other students from other districts in which Fruit Basket fulfills the delivery of said items to the student. Setup each students account to be customizable with their name, school and create a carrot reward system that teachers can use to incentive students to do better in their classes. In short, an e-commerce platform without any exchange of currency and strictly have it setup like an online bartering system.

Bon Appetite

Solution:

Fruit Basket came together in a very non-linear fashion but it got built from the ground up with nothing more than a vision. The execution of the project took about two months to erect but had a successful conclusion. It stands as one of my most challenging endeavors to date.

Groundwork

Process:

With a very specific ask, I knew I would have to approach this project from a much less traditional angle. Owner, Donald White came to me with a vision of a brand and online forum that would allow students to online trade. Producing the foundation his brand in Illustrator and hosting and building his website through WordPress, the groundwork was laid down to really get the real work going. Donald and I would meet routinely to discuss and strategize the structure of the website and how he wanted it to function. There were several setbacks but they came with solutions.

Goodbye, Good Riddance.

Problem:

Design a website that features an event or call to action that encourages the user to want to engage in the real-life event through an effective & simple marketing strategy presented through the micro-site. The Rolling Stone’s Bandemic Warp Tour is the embodiment of what being in your youth is all about.

Party Time!

Process:

Concept was rooted in the idea of putting on a live music event where collective artists from different genres would perform post pandemic that was organized by the Rolling Stones. Wire-frames & testing occurred in Adobe XD & later coded into a working site. The theme is within the name of the festival “Bandemic”, hence we need to band together afterwards together over music and festivities.

No Regrets.

Solution:

This site has very simple navigation and is completed functional via Javascript and JQuery with a concrete foundation in both HTML and Sass. This site was a success with the simplistic and edgy branding.
